Creature Industry is a renowned manufacturer of food processing machinery, dedicated to innovation, precision, and excellence. We specialize in designing, producing, and supplying a wide range of high-performance machines for baking, boiling, drying, cooking, packing, weighing, filling, grinding, cutting/chopping, peeling, and washing etc.

GENERAL CLAUSES

Check Before Accepting Delivery

Buyers are advised to inspect the machine at the time of delivery. After the delivery is accepted, the company will not be responsible for any damage, defect, or issue reported later.

Delivery Acceptance = Final Approval

Once the buyer or their representative signs/acknowledges the delivery, it is considered final acceptance of the product in good condition.

Used, Damaged, or Installed Machines Not Eligible

Any product that has been:

  • Used
  • Installed
  • Modified
  • Damaged by Mishandling

will not be eligible for return under any situation.

Custom-Made Machines

All customized or special-order machines are strictly non-returnable.

Policies

REPORT AND POLICIES

1. Fulfillment Timeline : Delivery of goods shall occur within a span of 10 to 15 business days post-confirmation and receipt of the stipulated advance payment.

2. Remittance Framework : For bank-financed procurements, remittance must be rendered in full (100%) upfront. In cases of self-financing, an initial deposit of 25% is required, with the residual 75% due prior to consignment dispatch.

3. Packaging & Forwarding Protocols : Logistics-related expenses, including but not limited to packaging and forwarding, shall be invoiced separately based on actuals. For bespoke or minimalistic packaging, charges shall be determined by the physical specifications of the machinery.

4. Installation & Demonstration Clause : The entity shall furnish one-time setup and operational walkthrough. The client shall underwrite the engineer’s roundtrip fare, subsistence, accommodation, and any laborrelated costs in accordance with the machinery class. Installations for Oil Expellers and Patthar Chakki are excluded from company scope.

5. Obligations of the Client : The client shall orchestrate all requisite site-readiness parameters, including electrical infrastructure, raw materials, and machine-specific accommodations.

6. Technical Orientation : The authorized engineer shall furnish a comprehensive instructional briefing encompassing:

  • Operational methodology
  • Functional parameter explanation
  • Preventive maintenance strategies

7. Product Utilization Clause : Utilization protocols must strictly adhere to guidance issued by company appointed personnel. Any deviation nullifies claim eligibility.

8. Unauthorized Modifications Disclaimer : Any unendorsed alterations to circuitry or physical composition that contravene operational specifications shall forfeit all legal claims.

9. Force Majeure Exclusions : The organization disclaims liability for contingencies beyond reasonable control, including power anomalies, environmental catastrophes, or transit-induced impairments.
